• Visual inspection of the interior plumbing & backflow preventer for leaks and other concerns.
• Individually activate each zone to ensure proper coverage, check for leaks, and correct the function of sprinkler heads.
• Program the controller with the desired schedule to the best suit property.
• Perform adjustments and minor repairs (major repairs would be scheduled for a later date).
• Prepare a summary of work and provide recommendations for any upgrades to optimize the irrigation system
